Before you begin — please have these ready

  • Proof of identity

    Individuals: a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or similar). Companies: your certificate of incorporation or business registration, plus tax registration where applicable.

  • Your details

    Registered and mailing address, postal / ZIP code, contact number, and official email. Companies should also have their authorized signatory’s details.

  • Proof of rights

    Registration certificates if you have them, or other proof that you own or license the content or brand (publication records, contracts, licences).
